In my teaching 21st century skills are intertwined. As a teacher I share my design knowledge but the students also have to find the answers themselves. In books, experiments, to practise and on the web. While exploring I will guide them as a coach aware of my leadership responsiblities. 

Answers are easily found. The learning process is in knowing what questions to ask.
